Truck Driver Turnover

This project, funded by the National Science Foundation, is a collaborative effort between researchers at Texas A&M University and Southern Methodist University. The aim of the project is to investigate the reasons behind the high driver turnover rate in the truckload transportation industry. Solutions will be offered in how routes should be assigned to drivers so as to reduce the turnover rate.
